SYNOPSIS

“Heart’s House” in Ouagadougou was founded in 1986 by Josette Boegli from Switzerland. Today this place shelters about 10 mothers and 30 children. “Heart’s House” also     wants    to be involved in the outside world by bringing food, medicine and education to another hundred women and their children.

The filmmaker  followed Josette Boegli during her monthly distribution of millet and took part in the millet threshing in the courtyard. That day the children dance and sing. This short documentary illustrates a single person’s commitment towards an enormous task.
